This policy explains how SilverArc Gaming handles information when you use our Games, visit this website, or contact us. The Games described below keep their data on your device; this website uses automatic measurement, as explained in section 13.
Our Games and this website handle information differently. Sections 01–12 describe our Games: they run on your device without ads, accounts, analytics, or third-party trackers. Section 13 describes this website's automatic measurement, including URL, cookie, device, attribution, and interaction data sent to measurement services. Contact inquiries are described in section 14.
This Privacy Policy describes how SilverArc Gaming Inc. ("SilverArc Gaming", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish — together, the "Games".
Sections 01–12 describe only the Games and their on-device data. They do not describe information collected by this website or received through contact inquiries. Website measurement is explained in section 13, and inquiries in section 14.
By downloading or using our Games, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please don't use the Games.
Our Games are built to run fully on your device and to keep to themselves. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information through these Games, and we do not operate servers that receive their on-device data. We have no user database for these Games.
So the Game can remember your preferences between sessions, it saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, such as:
This data is kept using your device's standard local storage (for example, Android's app preferences). It never leaves your device, we cannot see or access it, and it is permanently removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data in your device settings.
For technical reasons, Android may list the "Full network access" (INTERNET) permission for our Games. This permission is added automatically by the game engine we build with (Unity); it is not used to collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. The Games are fully playable offline and do not require an internet connection.
Our Games contain no advertising and no third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking software. Within these Games, we do not use cookies or advertising identifiers, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build profiles about you.
You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any name, email address, or other contact details to play our Games. We do not ask you for personal information inside the Games.
Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not collect personal information through the Games described in this policy. Website measurement is separate and is described in section 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern, you are welcome to contact us.
We do not share, rent, trade, or sell personal information from these Games — for advertising or for any other purpose. There is no such Game information to share, because we do not collect it through the Games. Website data recipients are described in section 13.
Your game data stays on your own device, and we run no servers that receive it, so there is no central database for anyone to breach. This locally stored Game information is protected by your device's own operating system and security settings.
Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port it, and to opt out of its sale.
Since we do not collect or hold personal data through these Games, we have no such Game data to access, export, correct, or erase — and we have nothing to sell or opt out of. You stay fully in control: clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game removes everything it stored locally.
You download our Games through app marketplaces such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms operate independently of us and may collect their own data when you find, download, or purchase an app. That activity is governed by their policies, not ours:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new game or feature. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear here. Continuing to use the Games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
This section applies to visits to this website, including this privacy page. Website measurement starts automatically when a page loads. The statements in sections 01–12 about Games running offline and not collecting data do not apply to this website.
The shared measurement script sends the full page URL, including query parameters and any
fragment, together with available campaign and advertising click identifiers, an event
identifier, and channel information to tracker2.bx1.pw at
/webAdsTracker/click. The URL's scheme is removed before transmission.
It also sends the page origin and path, selected attribution parameters, elapsed time,
and the complete cookie string accessible to JavaScript to the same domain
at /webAdsTracker/report. This report is attempted once when a Facebook click
cookie (_fbc) is found or after approximately ten seconds; a configured download
action can also trigger it. Cookies marked HttpOnly are not readable by these scripts.
URLs and readable cookies can contain personal information.
A separate collector sends data to tdrskytrack.online at
/report/api/tracker/report. It collects the full page URL, referring page,
campaign and click identifiers, available Google measurement cookies, session and visit
information, browser and device details, language, time zone, screen and viewport dimensions,
performance measurements, time spent, and counts of clicks, scrolling, form submissions,
errors, and download clicks. It does not collect form-field values. It sends automatically
when the page initializes, again after a short delay to refresh cookie information, and when
the page is hidden or left. Download controls, if present, can trigger an additional report.
Receiving services also receive the network information, such as your IP address, needed to
handle these requests.
The collector stores a session identifier in sessionStorage. The interaction
SDK also uses localStorage for visit and abandonment information and records
engagement events, including short heartbeat events while the page remains open.
Browser storage is separate from the on-device Game preferences described in section 03.
Google Analytics loads from www.googletagmanager.com and Meta Pixel from
connect.facebook.net only when their respective identifiers are configured.
These services may use their own cookies and identifiers and receive measurement events.
The shared measurement script and collector described above run even when Google Analytics
and Meta Pixel are not configured.
This website does not provide a consent banner or an in-page switch that stops these automatic requests before they run. The scripts do not automatically stop in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Browser controls or blocking tools may restrict scripts, cookies, storage, or network requests; blocking cookies alone does not stop URL or device reporting. Game settings do not control website measurement. For questions about website information or a data request, contact us.
Questions about this policy or your privacy? Email us — it goes to one inbox, and a human reads every message.
If you email us about our Games, this website, or another inquiry, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message so we can respond. This inquiry information is separate from on-device Game data and automatic website measurement.
